Public consultation on draft DR C628:2025: TELECOMMUNICATIONS CONSUMER PROTECTIONS CODE is invited by 28 February 2025.

This consultation draft has been comprehensively updated and revised following an extensive consultation and iterative drafting process that started in May 2023. Information about the process and input received is available here.

When preparing submissions, please review the public consultation question paper, which:

  • highlights key changes to the Code vis-à-vis the current, 2019 Code, and
  • sets out a number of issues which Communications Alliance is particularly interested in understanding your views on.
