C554:2004 Rights of Use of Premium Rate Service Numbers

C554:2004 Rights of Use of Premium Rate Service Numbers Industry Code specified the minimum requirements for the identification and transfer of the Rights of Use holder for Premium Rate Service Numbers. It included principles and processes designed to provide certainty to all industry participants about who is the ROU Holder for Premium Rate Service Numbers and how ROU may be transferred between industry members.

These obligations have now been combined into the C566 Number management – Use of Numbers By Customers industry code and C554 has been withdrawn from the register of industry codes.
