Communications Alliance has published (IGN017) Guidance Note for industry, consumers, and consumer groups. It is intended to educate all three of these groups to streamline the appointment process while continuing to protect consumers from fraud. It is in addition to the relevant clauses in the TCP Code (Clauses 3.5 and 3.6, TCP Code C268:2019), and must be read in conjunction with those clauses.
