Counsel's Chambers Limited | Counsel's Chambers Limited (CCL) was incorporated in 1952 by the NSW Bar Association, to provide services and accommodation to members of the NSW Bar. In 1999, in response to a growing demand from its shareholders for an internet service, CCL established the Counsel's Chambers Network.
