2024 ACOMMS FINALISTS ANNOUNCED

Sydney, 6 June 2024: Communications Alliance is proud to announce the 2024 finalists in the communications industry’s premier awards for excellence, the ACOMMS, which recognise exemplary achievement across 12 categories of endeavour.

The 2024 ACOMM winners will be honoured at a gala dinner on the evening of 18 July at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, attended by the Federal Minister for Communications, The Hon. Michelle Rowland MP, who will deliver a keynote address at the event.

The short-listed nominees in all award categories are a showcase of talent from across the sector, illustrative of the industry’s innovation to harness the benefits of next-generation networks, resilient terrestrial and orbital connectivity solutions, transformed customer service approaches and enhanced customer protections, and available-anywhere, advanced services and applications.

Communications Alliance CEO, John Stanton said: “the 2024 ACOMMs finalists powerfully reflect the changing face of the communications sector, its response to more complex and pervasive external risks, the prominent areas of innovation and technological advancement driving that transformation.

“The judges have been very vocal about the quality of the initiatives from industry players, on which they are adjudicating.

The ACOMMs also are a showcase for community contribution by the sector and the drive to ensure greater diversity and inclusion within the workforce.

“There are great stories behind the commitment to excellence on display from all finalists. I congratulate and wish them well in the 2024 ACOMM Awards,” Mr Stanton said.

The ACOMM Awards are proudly presented by Communications Alliance, with the invaluable support of our event sponsors.

Symbio is the 2024 Title Sponsor of the ACOMMS, with auDA the Gold Sponsor, Ericsson, Meta, Mirait Silver Sponsors, and Bird & Bird Bronze Sponsors.
