Management

Anne Hurley is Communications Alliance Chief Executive Officer.

Since graduating from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Arts and acquiring a Master of Laws (Hons) from the University of Sydney, Anne has worked on communications issues both in Australia and overseas for many years. Her extensive experience includes working in the corporate, legal and academic sectors across communications, trade practices, telecommunications policy and regulation.

Board

The Board consists of:

  • an independent Chairperson;
  • Not less than three (3) and not more than five (5) positions reserved for the High Revenue members as determined by the annual revenue of that Member during the most recent full financial year of the Company;
  • Not less than two (2) and not more than Five (5) positions reserved for Carrier/Carriage Service Providers; and
  • Not less than two (2) and not more than three (3) positions open to all the membership.

The Board has two standing Sub-Committees

  • Selection and Remuneration Sub-Committee; and
  • Finance and Audit Sub-Committee
