Broadband & Beyond 2010

Communications Alliance’s third annual Broadband and Beyond conference was held in Sydney on 10 February. The Forum was opened by Communications Alliance Chairman, the Hon. Michael Lee, with addresses by Seven Network Director, Ryan Stokes, and NBN Co Executive Chairman and CEO, Mike Quigley.

NBN Project Update

The NBN Reference Model, Operational and End User Premises working groups will meet this week.  The End User Premises working group will be reviewing received comments on the draft End User Premises Installation, Distribution, Testing and Associated Practice Handbook.

Interested members are invited to register for the project team, which will also provide full access to the NBN Wiki.  Non-member organisations who have an interest in the NBN and meet the eligibility requirements for Communications Alliance membership can register as observers directly on the NBN Wiki.
